Running Coaching

Tier 1

Performance Blueprint ($99 / 4 week block)

A detailed 4-week training plan delivered as a PDF. This is a “plug-and-play” option designed to give you clear structure and progression.

You’ll also receive a free 15-minute telehealth consult every 4 weeks so we can review your progress and set up your next training block. Any additional questions, edits, or modifications outside of that would be handled through in-person or telehealth sessions at our normal rates.

Tier 2

Concierge Coaching ($349 / 4 week block)

A fully customized 4-week plan and unlimited access to your coach for questions, edits, check-ins, and guidance throughout. We’ll adjust things in real time based on how you’re feeling and progressing. We can communicate via texts, phone calls, video chat — whatever works best with your busy schedule.

With this option, you’re not just getting a running plan — you’re getting direct access to our clinical perspective as a medical provider. That means we can proactively manage aches, modify around pain, and make performance decisions with injury prevention and long-term progress in mind. This will give you the best chance of arriving to race day healthy!

With Tier 2, you’ll also receive 20% off any in-person or telehealth sessions during those 4 weeks if something pops up and we need to layer that in.

You have the ability to switch between plans at any time! Many runners switch from Tier 1 to Tier 2 as they get closer to a big race.
